Captain Roger: an oversized ghost ship and a captain who pays for a single hit

The ghost ship on reel one is taller than any other tile in Captain Roger. In the first screenshot it sits between a gold skull coin and the monkey, with SCATTER written under it, and it's by far the biggest thing on the board.

Captain Roger is a 5x3, 9-line game with cheerful cartoon art. The sea and sky are behind the reels, and coloured number tabs on both sides mark the lines. On the reels there's a monkey in a red bandana and striped shirt, a red parrot, a brass spyglass, an anchor, a cannon on a wooden carriage, crossed flintlock pistols, gold coins stamped with a skull, and a red-haired woman pirate. The two top pirates (a captain in a black hat and a red-bearded one) don't appear in the reel shots, only on the odds table. The bet panel reads LINES 9, PLAY 10, TOTAL PLAY 90, and the four jackpot counters sit across the top.

A small hit: two woman pirate portraits on line 8, framed in pink, and the banner says 30. That's 3 for two of her, times PLAY 10.

The Captain Roger odds table

The captain in the black hat pays 5000 for five, 500 for four, 50 for three, 5 for two and 2 for a single one. The red-bearded pirate pays 2500 down to 4 for two. The woman pirate and the monkey both pay 1000 for five, and the parrot and cannon 300. The gold coin and pistols pay 200, and the anchor and spyglass 50. The lowest row is cut off in the screenshot.

That 5000 top pay matches what the old page said. The rest of the old copy, about multiplying by 225 coins and a red or black double-up, isn't backed by anything here. It also said there were no jackpots, but the GRAND, MAJOR, MINOR and MINI counters are right there on top. I didn't find a wild or the scatter's payout in these shots.

Pirate Treasure is the other nine-line pirate game, with a chest scatter and both-ways pay. Pirate goes up to 20 lines and adds a bomb wild. Monkey King keeps the nine lines but trades pirates for legend. The Play8oy games page has the rest.
