The FEVER tile is a pocket watch in a purple frame, with FEVER written in red under the clock face. It sits on the second reel in my first screenshot, right next to a WILD, and nothing in these shots tells me what it does. That's the question mark hanging over this Alice slot.

The rest is easy to read. It's a 5x3 grid on dark tiles, with a forest and giant red mushrooms at the sides and small numbered mushrooms marking 15 lines down each edge. The characters are drawn in a friendly cartoon style: Alice with her hands clasped, a blue caterpillar with a pipe, the Mad Hatter in a purple hat, the Red Queen with a small crown, and a card soldier shaped like a spade. The objects are a teacup, a teapot, a blue potion bottle, a cupcake with a strawberry and a book with "Alice" on the cover. The WILD is written in colourful letters. The bet reads LINES 15, PLAY 6, TOTAL PLAY 90.

Two Alices and a WILD across the top of the first three reels, line 2, for a win of 300. The odds table explains the maths: three Alices pay 50, times PLAY 6. So the WILD is doing its job as a stand-in for Alice here.

Each character has a row for five, four and three on a line, and a fourth row marked ALL, which is the payout for the whole screen. Alice pays 1000, 200 and 50, and 5000 for ALL. The caterpillar pays 600, 120 and 30, with 2500 for ALL. The Hatter pays 400, the Queen 200 and the card soldier 160 for five. The book, potion, cupcake, teapot and teacup are on the lower row, which is cut off in the screenshot.

The old page described this as a 243-ways game from another studio with lots of small wins. The Play8oy version is a 15-line game, so I've dropped that.

Not on Play8oy. The frame numbers 15 lines on each side and the bet panel reads LINES 15. The old page described 243 ways, which doesn't match these screens.

What does the FEVER symbol do?

It's a pocket watch with FEVER written under it. It isn't explained in any of these screenshots, so I can't say what it triggers.
