Fire Spin: a nine-box fruit machine that also pays for symbols anywhere

The left side of Fire Spin is a scoreboard, not decoration. It lists every winning combination with the payout already multiplied by your bet: 10000 for three blue sevens, 2000 for red ones, 800 for triple BAR, down to 10 for a lone cherry. Change PLAY and the list changes with it.

In the middle is a plain 3x3 grid with a gold border. The symbols are old fruit-machine favourites: blue 7s, red 7s, BAR, a diamond, bells, a watermelon, a plum, an orange and cherries. On the right is a big bronze wheel with "Fire Spin" written across it and a small red pointer at the top. There are no LINES in the bet panel. There's a DOUBLE button in its place, and PLAY 10 gives TOTAL PLAY 80, so I'd guess eight lines (three across, three down and two diagonals). Small arrows along the top and left edges fit that. The GRAND, MAJOR, MINOR and MINI counters are at the top as usual.

This spin paid 50, and the side panel shows how. One cherry on a line pays 10, and four cherries anywhere on the grid add another 40. The DOUBLE button has turned pink, which suggests it's now active for a gamble on the win. I haven't seen what happens if you press it.

The Fire Spin odds table

The top half is the line pay. Three blue 7s pay 1000, three red 7s 200, any mix of 7s 100, three BARs 80, diamonds 50, bells 30, watermelons 20, plums 16, oranges 12 and cherries 8. One cherry on its own pays 1.

The bottom half is the ANYPAY grid, and it's the unusual part. It counts one symbol type anywhere on the nine boxes. A full screen of 7s pays 4000, eight pay 2000, and it scales down to 80 for four. Cherries run from 400 for a full screen down to 4 for four.

The old page described a "Fire Spin" symbol, a lucky coin and firecracker BARs. None of those are on these reels.
