Wings of Gold: propeller planes, pilots and an XtraWin switch

An old-school aviation slot on NTC33 with 20 lines and an optional XtraWin mode. What the panel shows, and what I haven't tested.

The first thing that pops up is a little brown box in the bottom-left corner: "NEW XtraWin FEATURE! CLICK HERE FOR MORE DETAILS". It covers part of the bet panel until you close it.

That same XtraWin name sits in the top-right corner of the game as a permanent button marked CLICK TO ACTIVATE. The old page described it as a paid extra: half your stake again on every spin, and in return the pilot wild stretches to cover its whole reel. I haven't run it, so I can't vouch for the numbers. What I'd say is simple: it changes what you pay per spin, so look at the TOTAL BET box after you press it.

On the reels

It's a sky-blue, 1940s look. The card symbols are fat, riveted metal letters (9, 10, J, Q, K, A), and the picture symbols are a green twin-boom fighter, a silver fighter with red stripes, a grey camouflaged jet, a smiling aviator woman in a blue cap and a pilot in a leather helmet and goggles. Twenty numbered line markers run down each side.

The gold winged logo on reel 1 above is the scatter, according to the old page, and three or more of them were meant to start a medal-picking free spins round. My screenshots never reach that screen.

The last capture shows a small line win: a 9 on reel 1 joined to a red "Wild" tile on reel 2, paying MYR 0.30 on a MYR 0.10 line bet. The panel is the older NTC33 layout: SPINS with minus and plus for autospins, LINES, LINE BET, TOTAL BET and WIN, then INFO, AUTO START, LINES, BET PER LINE, BET MAX and SPIN.

Questions people ask

What does XtraWin do?

The button only says 'click to activate', and a pop-up offers more details. The old page said it adds half your stake to each spin and makes the pilot wild expand. I haven't checked that, so read the details screen before switching it on.

Where does the currency show?

This game labels amounts MYR rather than RM, for example LINE BET MYR 0.10 and WIN MYR 0.30. It is the same ringgit.
