Every card letter in Green Light is filled with a chequered-flag pattern, orange for 10, blue for A, red for K, purple for Q, green for 9, light blue for J. It's a small touch, but it makes the low symbols easy to tell apart at a glance.

The picture symbols tell a race-day story: a blue race car in Australian-flag colours, a gold trophy shaped like a car, a champagne bottle, a smiling driver in a blue suit with a laurel wreath in front of a chequered flag, a blonde race queen with a sash,. There is also a round light lens, white in one shot and green in another, which I take to be the start signal the game is named after.

The frame has a blue chequered background. Top row: BALANCE, BET, WIN and a gold BACK button. Below that, MAJOR on the left, RANDOM JACKPOT in the centre (8,682 to 8,792 in the first session, about 5,500 in the second) and MINOR on the right. Twenty line tabs run down both sides.

The opening shot and the last one have all 20 lines at 0.05 per line, BET 1.00. The middle shots are 1 line at 0.01. LINES, BET, AUTOPLAY and SPIN sit along the bottom.
