Great Star shows its bet in four separate boxes across the top, BALANCE, BET, LINES and WIN, instead of hiding the line count in small print. I wish more of these older games did that.

The first screenshot has all nine lines drawn over the reels in rainbow colours, LINES on 9 and BET on 0.90. The line tabs run 4, 6, 2, 8, 1, 9, 3, 7, 5 from top to bottom, the same order on both sides. Every other shot is 1 line at 0.01.

The red-and-gold title reads 吉星 (lucky star) with GREAT STARS underneath. Beneath it, a red ticker scrolls PROGRESSIVE JACKPOT with a figure that ended in ...812.44 in several shots. At the top right is a gold Dollar Ball badge with ENABLE under it, a side bet you switch on separately.

On the reels: pink lotus flowers, a white-and-pink peach, a golden koi curled into a circle, a purple-and-gold ornament that looks like a ruyi sceptre, and a gold tiered pagoda tile. The card letters (9, 10, J, Q, K, A) are painted in red, green, blue and purple.

Controls along the bottom: LINES and BET with minus and plus, AUTO PLAY and SPIN (STOP in red while spinning).
