0.04. That's the win in the top screenshot, on a 0.01 bet, and the game tells you exactly where it came from: "You won on 1 line" on the left, "You won 0.04 on line 1" on the right, and a thin cyan line drawn across the middle row.

The tiles involved have dark red frames around them: two dolphins stacked on reel 2 and a sailboat on reels 2 and 3. Those framed tiles are the ones to watch, since they are the only symbols in the game with borders.

The listing calls it Crystal Water, but the gold lettering says CRYSTAL WATERS, and it looks it. Pale blue reel strips, a beach with palm trees and a sailboat on the horizon behind them, and coral peeking around the frame.

The picture symbols are a red seahorse, a sea turtle, a pink conch shell, a small black and white fish, the leaping dolphin and the sailboat. Card letters from 9 to A are painted in bubbly shades of orange, red, green and blue.

Line markers go to 20 on both sides. With all 20 selected, BET reads 1.00, and single-line spins are 0.01. The top has BALANCE, Bet, Win and BACK, with MINOR, RANDOM JACKPOT and MAJOR below (399.90, 6094.11 and 1215.61 in the capture above).
