"WIN UP TO 16X PAYS" runs across the top of the Crystal Waters rules screen, and it's not just marketing puff. The maths is on the same page: a Bonus Fish multiplier of up to 8 during free games, stacked on top of a dolphin wild that doubles.

The game is listed as Crystal Water in the 3Win8 menu, but the logo on the reels says Crystal Waters. The reels are pale blue panels in front of a tropical beach and coral, with a sea turtle, a spotted seahorse, a pink conch shell, a shoal of striped angelfish, the dolphin and a white yacht. The cards are 9, 10, J, Q, K and A in bubbly letters.

The dolphin only appears on reels 2 and 4. It substitutes for everything except the yacht, and doubles a win it's part of. Every symbol box has a WITH column showing that doubled price: the turtle pays 2000 for five, or 4000 with a dolphin.

Three or more yachts anywhere give 15 free games, and they pay 3, 15 or 200 times your total bet for three, four or five. During the feature a Bonus Fish may appear on reel 3. It substitutes like a wild and multiplies the win by 2, 4 or 8, and that multiplier is added on top of the dolphin's. The feature can be retriggered and plays at the lines and bet of the spin that started it.

Betting and small wins

The panel is LINE and BET with arrow buttons, a BET and WIN box, AUTO PLAY and SPIN. The main shot is 20 lines at 0.10, 2.00 a spin.

On 5 lines at 0.04 (0.20 a spin), three 10s on the middle line paid 0.20. That fits the paytable, where three 10s pay 5 times the line bet.

That's the heading on the rules screen. During free games the Bonus Fish on reel 3 multiplies a win by 2, 4 or 8, and the paytable says that multiplier stacks with the dolphin's doubling, which is how you get to 16x.

Is it the same game as the RTG Crystal Waters?

The name and symbols match the old page's description of the RTG slot, but this version runs inside 3Win8's frame. Go by the rules screen in the app, not by a review of another version.
