Bola Tangkas: seven cards dealt, one poker hand paid
The card game in the 3Win8 lobby: seven cards, a paytable from Ace Pair up to Royal Flush, and a Five of a Kind line that hints at jokers.
Seven card backs in a staggered row, a paytable across the top and three buttons at the bottom. Bola Tangkas doesn't look like anything else in the 3Win8 lobby, and it isn't a slot at all. It's a poker machine, the kind that's been around in Indonesian arcades for decades.
Before the deal
With BETS at 0.10 the paytable reads: Royal Flush 50.00, Five of a Kind 20.00, Straight Flush 12.00, Four of a Kind 5.00, Full House 0.70, Flush 0.50, Straight 0.30, Three of a Kind 0.20, Two Pair 0.10 and Ace Pair 0.10. Those are amounts, not multipliers, so they'll change with the bet.
On the left there's a second column: 100.00, 40.00, 20.00 and 10.00, each with a 0 beside it, and a red 0.00 underneath. The screen doesn't label it. It looks like a set of bonus prizes for the top four hands, but that's a guess.
Bottom left is a box that says FUL = A, then the minus and plus around BETS, then DEAL.
After the deal
The hero shot is the same table a moment later. Four cards are face up (2 of hearts, 5 of spades, A of diamonds, 10 of hearts), three are still face down, and a red DRAW button has appeared next to DEAL. The FUL box now says FUL = 7.
Two other things changed. Every figure in the paytable went up three times: Royal Flush now shows 150.00, Ace Pair 0.30. The left column's small boxes filled with 0.10, 0.10 and 0.10, and the red figure became 3.00. With the bet still at 0.10, I read that as extra bets being added during the hand. The balance backs this up: it went from 42.99 to 42.29 between the two shots, so this hand had already cost 0.70, seven times the BETS box. The screenshots don't show where those extra bets came from, so tap the rules before you play.
The old page said you get seven cards and discard two. Seven cards fits the screen, and the discard part I can't confirm.

Are there jokers in 3Win8 Bola Tangkas?
The paytable has a Five of a Kind line, which you can't make without a wild card, so there's probably a joker in the deck. The old page said there were two jokers. I didn't see one in these two screens, so I can't confirm the number.
What does the FUL box mean?
It showed 'FUL = A' before the deal and 'FUL = 7' after it. My guess is it names a rank linked to a Full House bonus, but none of these screens explain it, so check the rules page in the game.
