Cash Blox: a falling-block puzzle that pays for cleared lines
No reels at all. Cash Blox drops coloured blocks into a well and pays for the lines they clear, from singles up to quads, with doubled wins during freeplays.
A T-shaped green piece hangs in mid-air, an orange square sits above it, and a pile of cyan, yellow and pink blocks is already stacked at the bottom of the well. Cash Blox borrows the look of the old falling-block puzzle and bolts a paytable onto it. There are no reels anywhere on the screen.
How the paytable reads
The table on the left is split into four columns: SINGLES, DOUBLES, TRIPLES and QUADS, which I take to mean one, two, three or four lines cleared at once. Each column has four rows, and the prices climb as you go up. At a MYR0.10 stake the bottom row pays MYR0.01, MYR0.02, MYR0.10 and MYR0.40, and the top row MYR1, MYR2, MYR30 and MYR400. At MYR0.01 everything shrinks by ten, down to MYR0.00 for the smallest single.
The screens don't explain how you move up a row. It could be how high the stack sits or how many clears in a row, but I'd be guessing, so read the in-game help before paying for it.
In the shot above the well is nearly full and the bottom-row SINGLES, DOUBLES and TRIPLES boxes are lit up in yellow. The WINNINGS box shows MYR0.01 on a MYR0.01 stake, so a lot of blocks for your money back.
Freeplays and buttons
The column on the right has a FREEPLAYS counter (0 in every shot) with three notes under it: lines formed with a Magic Block award 10 freeplays, all wins are doubled during freeplay, and it can be re-triggered. The Magic Block icon is a small square with a rainbow edge. It never shows up in the well in these captures.
Along the bottom are BET minus, BET plus, SLOW MODE, AUTO PLAY and PLAY. No buttons to turn or slide the pieces, so you're watching, not playing the puzzle.
