Triple Monkey: the paytable is right there on the left
A simple three-reel NTC33 slot with its full paytable printed down the left side of the screen. Monkeys stacked three high pay the most.
The paytable is printed right there down the left of the screen, which I wish more slots did. No INFO button hunting. Three of a symbol pays:

So it's a classic fruit-machine ladder with a jungle coat of paint. Three reels in a bamboo frame, three rows, and line numbers 1 to 5 on both sides (4, 2, 1, 3, 5 on the left). A beach and palm trees behind, and a few more monkeys in sunglasses hanging off vines on the right.
The name comes from the top shot on this page. The monkey is drawn three high, one hanging from the vine, one sitting and one lying on its back, and when it lands it fills the whole reel.
Neither of these two paid; the symbols line up down the reels, not across. The old page called this a five-reel game with 720 ways to win, which is simply not what's on screen.
The bottom bar holds INFO, BET with minus and plus (RM0.05 in every capture), a WIN box, AUTO PLAY, TURBO MODE and an orange SPIN.

Each icon on the left has a small x3 on it, meaning three of that symbol on a line. The number next to it is the pay.
