Everything in Golden Lotus happens inside a red theatre frame, curtains pulled back on each side and a blue-tiled roof above the reels. The reels themselves are a deep purple.
The story comes from a well-known classic Chinese novel, and the art takes it from there. On the screens I'm showing you see an old book, a small golden figurine, gold ingots stacked on a cushion, and green, gold and pink card letters.
Default settings on my screen were 20 lines at denomination 0.01 and bet 1, so MPV 0.20 a spin. The arrow tab on the left opens the TURBO, DENOMINATION, LINE and BET buttons. Hold the red wheel on the right for autoplay.
The only real feature is the wild. It shows up on reels 2 and 4, and when it lands there it expands to fill the reel and gives 5 free games. Reels 1, 3 and 5 keep spinning around it. Free game wins are added to line and scatter wins.
Lines pay left to right only, one highest win per line, and line wins are multiplied by the line bet. Nothing complicated.
