Land three treasure chest scatters and you get 8 free spins with a x2 multiplier straight away. Then the game lays out five chests on the sea floor and you open two. Each one adds free spins, multiplier, or both. The help screen caps it at 33 free spins or a x15 multiplier.

Three more chests during the feature add 15 spins at the same multiplier, and the text says that can keep happening. In practice, don't expect it often.
