Panthera Pardus: claw marks, leopards and a five-spin round

Three purple claw marks tear straight across the reels. The first time it happened I thought the app had glitched: AUTO SPIN and SPIN went grey, and the message bar said "GAME OVER! SPIN NOW!", which isn't the most helpful thing to read mid-animation.
Panthera pardus is the Latin name for the leopard, and the game sticks to big cats in a dark violet forest with snow on the trees. The picture symbols are a pair of white-furred cats, a spotted gold leopard and the gold "Panthera Pardus" logo. Low symbols are red 10s and ornate J, Q, K and A. Side tabs read "50 LINES". The message bar on the idle screen says "3 JACKPOT SYMBOLS TRIGGER JACKPOT GAME", with the total bet at 100.
The five-spin round
During free spins the bottom panel changes. TOTAL WIN and a FREE SPINS counter replace MAX BET and AUTO SPIN, the side tabs switch to FREE SPIN, and the SPIN button greys out.
By spin 3 of 5 the round had built to 100, and this spin added a BIG WIN of 154. The round finished higher than that, so it was a good trigger. I've had others that ended with almost nothing, which is how it usually goes.

Three purple claw slashes rip across the reels while the buttons grey out. I haven't worked out exactly what sets it off, so I won't guess.
